A zero waste enthusiast, Sunitha has worked with both the social enterprise and the not-for-profit wings of Saahas, and working on establishing sustainable waste management models in rural areas. Her passion towards sustainability and circular economy led her to Saahas after a stint of 10 years in the IT and Telecommunication sectors.

At Saahas, she manages multiple project teams, plans project executions and co-ordinates with communities and government bodies to implement waste management programs.
