Background/Need:
PRIDE Cooperative, a collective of waste workers, plays a vital role in local solid waste management through the collection and recovery of dry waste. Strengthening PRIDE’s institutional, technical, and operational capacities is therefore critical to transforming the cooperative into a resilient, compliant, and sustainable enterprise while safeguarding livelihoods.
