Preetha has over 19yrs experience in the IT industry working on product development projects. Throughout her career, she has been involved in developing System Software and Embedded Software, later leading and managing the development teams. Along with the development and testing of the products, these roles are also involved in project maintenance activities, such as deploying issues tracking systems for the team, creating, maintaining, and enforcing the data repositories, administration of version controlling tools, coordinating the shipment and tracking of systems, and others. Gained experience in people management skills and insights into the influence of organizational culture and other aspects by taking up the role of People Manager for about 2 years. Growing through the leadership roles of the organization she took up the client-facing role of Technical Project Manager which gave her good exposure to managing client relationships and has enabled her to develop her communication and interpersonal skills.
