Rajshekhar is a graduate from Kalaburgi University, where he pursued a Bachelor of Computer Application. He began his career working on online billing for the Rural Development project by the Government of Karnataka, where he gained valuable experience for a year. Following that, he joined the District Child Protection Unit in Kalaburgi as a District Coordinator for the MCB, contributing to their efforts for 15 months. With a passion for rural projects, he then joined the Head Held High Foundations, where he worked as an Executive Trainer for an impressive 4.5 years.
